I was installing some interoir leds & when I was splicing the power & ground wires I accidentally touched the power to the ground & shortage something. I checked all the fuses in each of the 3 compartments & none blown. My car has no power or will not start. Any ideas?

The 10 amp fuse in the box on the passenger side interior box. Radio fuse
