Hi!
I noticed instead of my black "unicorn horn" antenna (I guess it really is called a shark fin?) that the green chip was showing. I have no idea how the covering got off, but I would love some help in figuring out what I should do. Is there a replacement cover, where can I buy it, or does it really matter? Thanks!

mine broke off too - the dealer said it happens on the lot all the time when they brush snow off the car. Told me the base was cracked - although I cannot find any crack. they claimed they don't sell the cover only, and told me it was $250 to replace. I just bought the car used in Sept 09 (car is '08 and had 16K miles). Seems to me that if they "snap off all the time" on the lot, this is a design problem and GM ought to replace for free.
