Nissan is expanding a previous recall to include 2004-2006 Sentras. The recall which already included 700,000 vehicles will be announced to owners of 04-06 Sentra owners in the next 60 days. The Recall stems from an issue with the airbag inflators especially in high-humidity climates. A woman in Louisiana recently reported that her airbag ruptured causing an injury. Owners of any of the 745,000 vehicles affected by the recall will be able to have the airbag inflator replaced free of charge.
