I was helping my friend by changing there oil. I noticed something that didn't look right. Can yall help me?

Sorry but it is hard to tell exactly what you are asking about, but it looks to me that the spark plug lead on the left is broken (wire has come off). It could just be the angle of the photo

What specifically are you referring to? The oil wetness? The heatshield?
