I was under the car the other day and noticed this on the front driver side near the brake caliper. It looks like grease is leaking out of the rubber boot at the end of the axle.

What's the fix for this?

Can't say for sure, but looks more to me that the outer CV joint boot has a rip in it and is throwing the grease inside of it out. Jack up the car, turn the steering fully left or right and slowly rotate the tire and examine the boot for a rip in it. Most places only sell complete half shafts with both joints and new boots ready to install on the car.

GM half shafts are fairly bullet proof. Yours appears to be leaking. Not an enormous job to replace. You can also just replace the boot and re-grease to bearings but it's a messy job. I also don't like the looks of your tie rod joint boot.
