I have a 2007 g6 sedan and I have this problem that the wheel is hard to turn left or right and the wheel moves even when the car is off. Im not sure what the problem is, So if anyone knows about this help me. :confused:

That's bad news. Sounds like your electric power-assisted steering is dying. They usually just replace the whole unit for $700+. There is no DIY fix that I'm aware of.

Has any messages come up on the stereo? I've had mine twitch left and right after starting my car one day, after killing it and firing it back up it went away.
Perhaps check the ground for the steering, I believe it's the wire that connects to the top of the strut tower on the drivers side, Maybe it's a little dirty/rusty or perhaps even loose.

I believe the problem lies in the steering wheel position & torque sensor. I did find this Dorman video, so for the very determined & experienced DIYer, it might be doable:
