Hey yeah it might be a bad connection to the driver side window buttons.
While adding speakers i noticed what you described happened when i forgot to plug those switches into the harness. Might want to try checking the fuses anyways and if its not that remove the driver door switches and looking around there. I was suprised to see that not having those plugged in wood effect other windows from working but it did.
