SO I took my car to the dealer because after a week of owning it the car dinged three times a light turned on and the power steering locked up. Also power steering appeared on radio. Well I took it to the dealer and pretty much told them how pissed I was. They looked at it for twenty minutes and said that they are going to replace the Steering column free of charge and it would take a week. I then complained some more and told them I could not be without a car so they through in a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix to drive for the week for free. My question is are these steering columns suppose to be better or am I getting the same piece of garbage? Thanks' Guys

I know a couple of people on here were saying that they had to their steering column replaced but it wasn't like everyone on here so. Maybe its hit or miss???

I got it replaced and now it feels really loose when steering to the right and normal to the right

Took it to the dealer and they confirmed that it was loose to the left and tight to the right. They said they would research it and see what was causing it and call me back tommorow! Any one else experience this problem? Thanks' guys!
