I have the same thing happening to me. I have a Grey 2005 Pontiac G6 V6 (sedan, not GT, or w/e) and yeah, I have the same thing. However my Resignator was damaged due to a backfire or something, and after putting it up on the hoist I felt around and I have a hole on the top of it. ever since I noticed that I have heard the rattle, which sounds like a vibrating rattle. maybe check out your exhaust system. look for black residue and also feel around your resignator. hope it helps
