ok,i fixed it,cleane the back of the rubber contacts with rubbing alcohol and cotton swab also dry them with a dry clean sawb(u dont want any alcohol on the electrical components) then take another clean swab and rub the electrical contacts until they are clean,blow off the components as thei ris no lint on them.problem fixed.
problem is caused by a weak rubber composite on the rubber contacts,it rubbs on the electrical componets and literally coats them
