[KB G6]

I just bought a used 08 G6 and of course, the dealer had only 1 key.

It has the codes AP8 and AP9 on the glove box and the VIN is 1G2ZG57B484163184.

Does my G6 have the keyless entry (it would be great if it also had the remote start)? Any assistance would be appreciated before I start searching for the remotes on ebay.

If you have remote start it should be an option in the menu to turn it on and off. I believe every model with the exception of the base I-4 had standard keyless entry and most GTs and GTP/GXP had remote start.

You can find remotes for about $40 online and programming costs about $50 or so.
