So I've run into a little bit of a problem. I'm trying to get at the shift plate and I've got all of the bolts and screws out of my center consol, but I can't seem to get it off. I see that there are wires that run to the lighter, passenger air bag and the traction control, but I'm not sure how to get them off. Is there anything else that I'm missing? I'm sure this has been asked and answered before but I don't really want to sift through all of the topics while I have my car half torn apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
