My favorite spark plugs that i have used have been the NGK Iridiums, they worked very well, and seemed to give a tiny bit more power.
i dont know what kind of mods you are running but autolite 104's are really good plugs. if you have some moddage going on then you could get the colder 103's. they are very good plugs
^^103's would likely be too cold of a plug....dont know what kind of mods they have. 104's should fit the bill
Well as of right now I don't have any mods....I would really like to heavly mod the car either...I'm planning already in exchanging it for the G8 in about two years so I don't wanna really put in money into the car...atleast not alot...so I am really just looking for some plugs that would boost performance...if possible.
oh... well 104s are probably right then. also maybe talk to the guys at autozone or your local auto shop for their opinions...
Iridium owns Copper

But here is a guide that i found for the autolite plugs:

"Use the Autolite® 605 spark plugs (one heat range colder than stock) if you have a 3800 Series II or III engine engine with up to 6 pounds of boost. At this level, we recommend reducing the spark plug gap to .055", or .035" with nitrous oxide.
Use Autolite® 104 spark plugs (two heat ranges colder than stock) if you have a 3800 Series II or III engine with 6 to 12 pounds of boost. At this level, we recommend reducing the spark plug gap to .050", or .035" with nitrous oxide.
Use Autolite® 103 spark plugs (three heat ranges colder than stock) if you have a 3800 Series II or III engine with 12 to 18 pounds of boost. At this level, we recommend reducing the spark plug gap to .045", or .035" with nitrous oxide."
^^autolites arnt specifically for 3800's are they??
I'm not sure about those, i just did a google search for the ones that were being discussed. Here is was is supposed to fit the G6 (atleast the 2005 version)

Autolite Double Platinum APP606 APP606 .060" $5.81
Autolite XP Iridium XP606 XP606 .060" (Original Equipment Manufacturer and/or Original Equipment Equivalent) $6.69
Autolite Single Platinum AP606 AP606 .060" $3.25
Autolite Traditional spark plug 606 606 .060" $2.24

well, unless the car is modded and you are seeing KR, then i would just stay with something like autolite 605's they are 1 degree heat range colder than stock as opposed to 104's being 2 and 103's being 3..... plus the 104's and 103's will only last about 12-15k miles....
Well as of right now I don't have any mods....I would really like to heavly mod the car either...I'm planning already in exchanging it for the G8 in about two years so I don't wanna really put in money into the car...atleast not alot...so I am really just looking for some plugs that would boost performance...if possible.
plugs alone will not boost your performance. getting better plugs will help support the mods you decide to do. if you are only planning on say, adding an intake or maybe an exhaust, you could easily get away with stock plugs. You could also go a degree colder to avoid KR if you are seeing any. but until you are modding, just stick with what you got and you should be fine.:)
Yea I figured plugs alone would not improve the performance, really I am just looking for something that might help the car run a little better...like I said I am not going to mod the car...because in a couple years I am already thinking of switching...but thanks anyways to everybody that posted.
