my right door speaker rattles as well as my right 6x9 in the back, just like your experience the dealer told me that with music that has heavy bass it is normal to hear rattles. Though it didnt happen on the original speakers. I had them replace both front door speakers and they still rattle sometimes, though it is most noticeable when its cold. I'm gonna bring the car to another stealership and see what they say.

I have a 05 that only rattles when it cold out too!!! But when the inside warms up it stops, big pain in the ass!!! I use the floor heat and it seams to make it stop sooner... Im thinking there might be an exposed wire maybe???? The G6 is still a sharp looking car!!

I forgot where i read it on the forums but someone had a theory that went something like the spring or metal in the speaker is broken so when it is cold, the metal contracts causing you to hear the rattle. Though when it warms up the metal expands and rattle goes away to impercievable levels
