I removed the 2 strut bolts to install passenger side axle on 2009 base G6. Are they adjustable? Does car need realignment? I didn’t notice anything that made them look like they had any adjustment to them. They had a larger splined area next to head and a smaller one below it. Did I miss something?
Not adjustable.
The camber won't adjust unless you install camber bolts, which have a smaller diameter, oblong shaft and non-splined.
You should be good, UNLESS the holes in the strut we're slots instead of holes, that is another way to generate camber adjust.
So, if you had full diameter splined bolts with non-slotted struts, you are good, no need to align.
