I don't think it's legit. Never heard of the mags the "testimonials" are coming from. But if you want to spend your hard earned money on an unproven product you go right ahead. We'll comfort you when it doesn't work.....

Mine gets more than 32 MPG on the highway with just a drop in filter. It all depends on how you drive it.
