What % and color should I do on the white g6? I want it so you can't see into the back seat, but maybe not so dark in the front seat.

I would personally do 35% all the way around. It's dark enough, but not too dark as to attract too much attention. 20% or darker is going to look like you completely blacked out your windows in my opinion.
