My guess is that the ABS code is being set due to the transmission having an issue. I could not find a P0753, but P0751 & 2 refer to transmission solenoid performance issues.
Traction control light is on
Hi, I have a 2006 Pontiac g6 3.5 liter and the other day i was driving and the traction control light came on and the overdrive quit.... it now goes into drive (when i am starting to go) real hard and fast.. went to AutoZone and pulled this code.. Anti- lock brake system C0561-71 where do i start? also looks like a... P0753 code any help would be great. Thanks Jim

After I replaced power steering motor, my abs and traction control light stayed on. Later on, doing power steering hose repair, and while the serpentine belt was off, I noticed that a wire was rubbed bare and partially severed. I am assuming that it was not properly bracketed back to its original placement ( out of the way ) and so I am repairing the wires and will see is that corrects the abs and TC lights on the dash. Will keep you posted.
By the way, does anyone know where to get the bracket only for power steering hoses? Cannot find one with out purchasing the high pressure hose and the oringinal one is broken.
