sorry, trevor. but as much as we may LIKE the idea of a "Class Action Lawsuit", i believe by legal definition our situation would not be classified as such. in order to have a "Class Action Lawsuit", each and every owner of a G6 with EPS would have had to experience the same 'concerns' as some of us have. unfortunately, this is NOT the case as many G6 owners are perfectly happy with their cars and their EPS systems. therefore, since each and every person in the "Class" (every G6 owner) has not been affected, then a "Class" suit cannot be brought.trevor_s said:Who wants to start a class action lawsuit???
this doesn't stop you from retaining an Attorney yourself and 'going for it'!!!
