I understand this has been discussed many times in the past and I have read most or all the posts on it already but no clear answer has been posted that I can find. So here is my issue....

I have a major vibration under braking conditions only in the 55-40 mph range. I really thought this was a rotor issue, but my rear are new and my front have been turned (well within spec) The front pads were replaced with Wagner thermoquiet carbon met. pads, the rears were deglazed as they are no were near needing replacement. The entire front end has been looked over and nothing can be found wrong. Is it possible that the front rotors warped the first time I slowed from this speed? And why is it only at this speed, not under 40 and not over 55? It's also been aligned recently, has new tires, rotated and balanced. Any suggestions?

Does your steering wheel shake/vibration when it happens? It could still be your rotors. I don't know why you would replace the rear but not the front.
