yes it should be. I bought my 07 sedan with 28000 on it and the gm 100000 power train still applies. i already had to use the warranty for the wheel bearing so i know it applies.

your 5yr/100k mile powertrain warranty should still be in effect, but the factroy bumper-to-bumper warranty i beleive expires at 3 yrs or 36k miles. if you bought the car GM certified yoy might still have a bumper-to-bumper warranty, you would have to look that up. when i bought my '08 GM certified with 24k miles their bumper to bumper extended mine to 4 years 48 k miles so you would have to do some research on that but your powertrain warranty should still be in effect.

With 45K, I doubt you'll be covered for anything but powertrain related problems. Engine light and temp gauge diagnostic will cost you. If you have an AutoZone in your area, they'll scan engine codes at no cost. As mentioned, the basic, or comprehensive warranty only lasts 3 years OR 36K. Go over either one and you're out of that warranty that would cover electrical problems.
