I would say the easiest thing besides opening up the headlight. would be to take the light off the car, take off the bulb covers, and take out the bulbs and see if you can get the water out through one of the holes. Then just let it dry or use a hair dryer.
And after its all dried out use the hair dryer again and heat up the seal on the headlight all the way around and use big clamps and hold the light toghter to hopefully fix and broken seals. Hope that makes sense.
