Alright, i've recently purchased a 2007 G6 GT Sedan and i'm wondering what this is. It really looks to be a microphone, if that's the case how do i use it?

Thanks ahead of time.

Its a microphone friend. Plug a 3.5mm cable from your phone to your radio and it'll work for calls

I have the 09 monsoon, my head unit came with the aux. Do you have the onstar mirror?

i believe the 2009 was the first with the aux on the front of the monsoon.
so it really makes no sense to have the mic? confused...

Its a generic part. Nothing behind it if you dont have Onstar.
If you have Onstar there is a mic behind it.

-Murray- I just checked, and are those the "CG" Brand? All i see are the CG and the Spyders.

-Lampoon- What is this 'vert' you speak of?

Mine is defiantly not able to convert, if you know what i mean.
So does this mean the previous owner put them in? Is this the only option, because if they put money into it you would think there would be a little sound behind this bad boy. But almost no sound is exiting my mufflers, sounds 100% stock if you ask me.

Take a look under there, See if they look like OEM muffler and exhuast or if parts look aftermarket.
Maybe when the car was purchased band new it was ordered that way.
