I posted this on the other thread and realized it would better fit this one.

I took my car in today for oil change and rotation. Well once I got home I noticed that my hub cap on one of my wheels doesn't fit like it did before I took it in. I'm not sure if it's been broken or if they just didn't put it back on properly. It's not snapped on like the others and the only thing holding it on is the lug nuts. Can anyone look at the pictures and tell me if you think it's broke or just not put on properly. I called them once I got home and noticed it and they said bring it back in tomorrow and they would put it on right. If it is broke should they have to replace it or is it just my tough luck? Here's pictures of it.

Thanks for looking.

Well I took my car back in today and the mechanic was very rude and said he didn't see anything wrong with it. The Supervisor came out and looked at it and said he would order me a new one and that it would be covered under my warranty. I think the mechanic who put it back on yesterday broke it and was hoping I wouldn't notice, but I guess I'm just glad their replacing it.
