Hey,

I have a 06-Pontiac G6 GT, I love this car! I am about to put winter tires on, I have these rims on the car: http://www.scofieldpros.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/2006PontiacG6June09.JPG

Will the snow or salt be hard on these rims? I would rather keep the stalk 17" rims and not those ugly steel ones.
I have those rims and they were fine through my first winter with them. Just make sure you don't let the salt sit on them for more than a few days. It'll eventually eat away at them.

winter wheels

I just put my winter tires on today. I have them mounted on a second set of wheels, the stock aluminum alloys. While my summer tires stay on the stock chrome-tech wheels (the ones in your picture). It just ended up being easier that way, plus I don't sacrifice in looks;). Apparently a lot of the cheap metal wheels end up getting warped because of pot holes, which where I live potholes are very common!!! For proof look here.
