Hey everyone, sorry for the rookie post, but im not really familiar with alot of details with car troubles, but I thought this might be the place to try and learn. I have been experiencing some issues with my 2007 G6. At first I was getting a ENGINE POWER REDUCED light on the dash, then after I reset the battery it went away for a while and now its come back, also with a check engine light. Not only did it affect the cars driving ability but it completely stopped the engine in the middle of the road I did some checking into it, had a diagnostic done and it refers to trouble code PO107, which is MAP sensor pressure low. I have read that this may be the issue behind the whole problem. Now the issue im having is, can anyone tell me what to do from here?? where is the MAP sensor located?? or if anyone may know any other issues this could be caused from? Any help at all or advice would be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor - On the top rear of the engine, in the upper intake manifold.

The P0107 code references that the MAP sensor voltage is calculated wrong and refers to a short to the ground or the voltage.

You should probably get this sent to the dealership though. It's most likely under warranty.
